Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can also follow your parcel at any time from the “Track My Order” page on our website. Customs duties and import fees are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in the condition you received them, with their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Not All Genuine Leather Is Created Equal
Not all genuine leather is created equal. Many budget bags use bonded leather, scraps pressed together with glue, or PU coatings that only imitate the real thing.
The result: cracking, peeling, and a bag that looks tired within months.
Faux leather (PVC, plastic) isn’t any better. It doesn’t age, it wears out, losing its color and texture within a year or two.
Odyssée is made from high-quality genuine cowhide, a real hide with real structure. It softens with use, holds its shape, and looks its best long after the others have given up.

Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Contact us at hello@intemporel-paris.com with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once your order has shipped, you can still return it under our 30-day return policy.
