Not All Leather Is Created Equal
“Genuine leather” sounds premium, but it’s actually the lowest grade of leather. It’s often made from scraps of leather bonded together with glue and chemical treatments to mimic a higher-end look. The result: it cracks, peels, and loses its shape after just a few months of use.
Faux leather (PVC, plastic) isn’t any better. It doesn’t age, it deteriorates, losing its color and texture within a year or two.
Full-grain leather takes the opposite path. It develops a rich patina, softens, and gains character, year after year.

Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Contact us at hello@intemporel-paris.com with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once your order has shipped, you can still return it under our 30-day return policy.
